AVP, Cybersecurity AI Solutions Development

📋 Description

• Implement the cybersecurity AI strategy by prioritizing and delivering production-quality agentic AI functionalities.

• Outline the architecture, progression, and operational model for production agentic AI functionalities.

• Oversee AI solution initiatives to enhance threat detection, investigations, incident response, threat hunting, and offensive security operations.

• Create multi-agent workflows, integrate tools, and establish human-in-the-loop control points.

• Develop and sustain evaluation harnesses, regression testing, and observability for non-deterministic AI systems.

• Examine analyst and operator workflows to uncover opportunities for AI-driven efficiency, productivity, and security enhancement.

• Set technical standards for agent design, evaluation, observability, regression testing, and reliability.

• Design and implement agents, prompting strategies, skills, and agentic workflows.

• Write production-grade Python code and integrate with modern LLM provider APIs and orchestration frameworks.

• Impact cross-functional decisions concerning AI orchestration, LLM providers, Amazon Bedrock, and secure solution architecture.

• Promote responsible and compliant AI utilization in collaboration with Legal, Compliance, and Risk departments.

• Direct and implement approved strategic decisions and contribute to the development of strategies.

• Offer strategic guidance to build and enhance capabilities.

• Keep abreast of emerging trends and work with senior management on strategy formulation.

• Assist in change management and departmental/enterprise initiatives.

• Provide subject matter expertise to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Identify and guide strategic process enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience may substitute for a Bachelor's degree).

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, showcasing hands-on delivery of production AI/agentic systems using orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, or similar.

• Over 10 years of experience in cybersecurity, solutions architecture, software engineering, security operations, or comparable technology fields.

• Proficient in production-quality Python development.

• Familiarity with modern LLM provider APIs and orchestration frameworks.

• Understanding of Amazon Bedrock capabilities.

• Knowledge of cybersecurity use cases and secure solution architecture.

• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks and LLM orchestration.

• Awareness of NYDFS, GLBA, and SOX obligations.

• Ability to provide subject matter expertise on complex assignments and projects.
