AVP, Corporate Strategy

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Takes ownership of the enterprise growth and strategic agenda across the Practice.

• Collaborates directly with the Executive Team, Division Presidents, and the Board.

• Establishes long-term strategic direction and oversees the corporate planning process.

• Builds and manages a high-performing strategy team.

• Translates strategy into actionable outcomes across clinical, business, and technology initiatives.

• Cultivates the next generation of strategy leaders within the function.

• Manages executive- and board-level strategy deliverables and fosters cross-functional alignment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, strategy consulting, or corporate development.

• Experience at a prestigious management consulting firm and/or in a corporate strategy leadership role is highly desirable.

• An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.

• Familiarity with various disciplines within healthcare and/or life sciences.

• Experience with healthcare technology such as EMR/EHR, PACS imaging, or payment technology.
