AVP, Commercial Performance – Franchise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Serving in a leadership role for both franchise and commercial teams.

• Leading a team of motivated professionals experienced in driving top-line results through influence and collaboration.

• Spearheading projects and initiatives that will significantly impact the business.

• Assisting in the conceptualization of the future of Hyatt’s franchise business model and related programming.

• Proactively identifying and addressing opportunities within the portfolio.

• Developing and executing commercial strategies to enhance market share and revenue for hotels.

• Conducting ad hoc consultations and following up with assessments and action plans.

• Providing comprehensive analyses across various data sources to evaluate hotel performance, identify opportunities, diagnose significant issues, and act on solutions.

• Establishing and monitoring key metrics for the success and wellbeing of the portfolio.

• Demonstrating adaptability to changing priorities and championing change in the workplace as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience with a major hotel brand, a franchise operator, or in a franchise-related field.

• Familiarity with limited/select service segments.

• Functional expertise in a specific area of sales, marketing, revenue management, or digital.

• Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Proven team leadership skills.

• Demonstrated history of achieving results in a complex, matrixed environment.
