This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Propel Business Impact through Advanced Analytics.
• Discover opportunities for revenue enhancement, consumer engagement, and critical portfolio results.
• Spearhead high-impact analytics projects throughout the customer lifecycle for current clients (acquisition, engagement, spending, loyalty, and retention).
• Convert aggregated data into actionable insights that shape business decision-making.
• Act as a strategic analytics consultant for CoBrand partners.
• Shape partner strategy through data storytelling, performance insights, and identification of opportunities.
• Oversee the creation of dashboards, models, and tools that proactively reveal insights and foster profitable campaign decisions.
• Ensure analytics processes are scalable, automated, and efficient.
• Detect errors, bugs, and other coding challenges to enhance our ability to meet partner demands.
• Advocate for best practices in analytics, experimentation, and measurement.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or any other quantitative field with 6+ years of relevant hands-on analytics/data science experience (Distance learning not valid), or alternatively, 8+ years of relevant analytics/data science experience without a degree.
• At least 4+ years of practical experience with SQL/SAS, demonstrating the ability to utilize advanced algorithms and efficiently manage complex/large datasets.
• A minimum of 2+ years of independently addressing open-ended business analytics questions.
• At least 2+ years of experience in designing and creating dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
• 1+ years of experience delivering presentations to senior leaders and stakeholders.
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on business challenges.
• Experience in customer lifecycle marketing campaign analytics (including acquisition, spending, retention, loyalty, segmentation analysis, and appropriate test & control setups).
