This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Spearhead RP's enterprise brand strategy, taking responsibility for evolving brand positioning, messaging, and identity to support growth objectives and enhance RP’s reputation.
• Direct the development of new brands and refresh existing ones (including clinical, technology, and AI-enabled solutions), ensuring that brand platforms align with RP’s mission, values, and strategic vision.
• Create a brand architecture that accommodates various business units, offerings, and audiences; develop scalable frameworks that allow for consistent interpretation and application throughout the organization.
• Develop innovative brand platforms and market entry narratives that enhance relevance, resonance, and reach, establishing RP as a leader in the category.
• Manage the execution of brand strategy into cohesive, impactful brand experiences for both internal and external audiences.
• Implement governance for creative services, including project intake, prioritization, resource allocation, and timelines, ensuring that efforts align with enterprise priorities and are delivered swiftly, with quality and consistency.
• Establish standards and performance benchmarks for creative outputs (e.g., adherence to brand guidelines, accessibility, user experience, and channel effectiveness) and leverage stakeholder feedback and outcomes to drive ongoing improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related discipline.
• Over 10 years of progressive experience in brand management and marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record in the healthcare and/or technology sectors.
• Demonstrated expertise in launching new brands and revitalizing established ones.
• Experience in leading brand strategy, governance, and integrated brand activation within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
• Experienced in collaborating with creative and brand agencies while managing budgets, timelines, and quality across multiple simultaneous projects.
• Exceptional skills in leadership, strategic thinking, and communication.
