• Utilize central campaign measurement tools to track, analyze, and provide recommendations regarding campaign effectiveness.
• Spearhead initiatives to promote and enhance the adoption of the central campaign measurement tool among key stakeholders.
• Contribute to and lead the presentation of campaign insights during monthly and quarterly business reviews.
• Work closely with marketing, analytics, and other cross-functional teams.
• Take an active role in leading projects and conducting data analysis.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with expected timelines, accuracy, and compliance standards.
• Guide team members on analytical, technical, and functional topics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or any other quantitative field with 6+ years of relevant analytics/data science experience, or alternatively, 8+ years of applicable experience without a degree.
• Over 5 years of practical experience with SQL/SAS.
• More than 3 years of hands-on experience in campaign measurement.
• At least 3 years of experience with data visualization tools, particularly Tableau.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management.
• Advanced skills in MS-Excel and MS-PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with Python and R, ideally in a Linux-based cloud environment such as AWS.
