This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop market and sales strategies in alignment with Electrosonic's ideal customer profiles.
• Actively seek out new clients for audiovisual services and support agreements.
• Execute cold calling, email outreach, and follow-up communications to engage target contacts and decision-makers to drive new business.
• Assess both inbound and outbound leads to uncover service sales opportunities.
• Establish and nurture a robust sales pipeline with a focus on recurring revenue from services.
• Clearly and persuasively present the company, its AV service offerings, and associated value propositions.
• Illustrate how AV services address customer challenges across corporate, educational, healthcare, or enterprise settings.
• Share customer success stories and use cases to highlight service value and outcomes.
• Guide clients through the purchasing process utilizing a consultative sales methodology.
• Work in collaboration with technical, service delivery, and account management teams to ensure customer requirements align with available offerings.
• Accurately and efficiently prepare quotes, proposals, and service contract documentation.
• Maintain precise records in CRM systems, including tracking activities, opportunities, and forecasts.
• Achieve or surpass individual sales goals and key performance indicators related to service contracts.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in inside sales.
• Demonstrated success in selling AV services and service contracts, including managed services, maintenance, support agreements, and SLAs.
• Strong comprehension of AV technologies and environments such as Unified Communications, room systems, collaboration tools, and control systems.
• Experience in engaging and influencing IT managers, facilities teams, AV managers, and other technical decision-makers.
