This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Conduct audits on operations to identify areas of profit loss and address significant issues.
β’ Provide training and resources to advisors on advanced selling techniques applicable in real-world scenarios.
β’ Mentor managers in effective leadership strategies and foster a culture of accountability.
β’ Educate individuals and teams on enhancing workplace culture and understanding key performance indicators (KPIs).
β’ Offer hands-on Performance Coaching and assist in the tactical implementation of systems at dealerships throughout the U.S. and Canada.
β’ Participate in both onsite coaching sessions and virtual engagements.
β’ Over 5 years of experience as a top-performing Service Manager or Fixed Operations Director in the Commercial Truck and/or Automotive sectors.
β’ Demonstrated success in customer satisfaction index (CSI), profitability, and team growth.
β’ A strong desire to educate others based on your expertise.
β’ Exceptional communication abilities and the confidence to lead trainings while interacting with diverse personality types.
β’ Capability to excel in new and challenging environments.
β’ Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule and a passion for travel to make a significant impact.
β’ Make a genuine difference in the careers of service professionals and enhance dealership profitability.
