This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Deliver exceptional sales support to BD customers.

• Assist customers in resolving issues, selecting appropriate parts, and overcoming installation difficulties.

• Offer comprehensive knowledge of automotive transmissions and parts, coupled with outstanding customer service.

• Keep up to date with product and service information.

• Aid customers with inquiries related to automotive sales, installations, and service assistance.

• Act as the technical authority for customers and sales team members.

• Communicate customer feedback and identify trends to Sales and Engineering teams for product enhancement or modification.

• Supply detailed information regarding equipment and parts available for sale.

• Advocate for customers throughout the RMA process.

• Address customer complaints in person, via telephone, or through email.

• Support the sales team with technical expertise and customer assistance.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or its equivalent.

• Proven experience in vehicle maintenance, with ASE Automotive Certification or equivalent preferred.

• Required vehicle maintenance experience, particularly with gas transmissions.

• Preferred 2 years of customer-facing service experience.

• Extensive understanding of automotive transmissions, especially gas transmissions.

• Availability to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday.
