Automotive Flying Doctor Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania.

📋 Description

• Oversee escalated technical cases from front-line support.

• Validate information, conduct in-depth analysis, and establish corrective actions.

• Deliver remote and on-site assistance to dealers and technical teams.

• Ensure prompt and efficient vehicle repairs.

• Generate clear and structured technical reports for OEM and internal stakeholders.

• Identify risks, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

• Track activity KPIs such as case aging, recurrence, and first-time fix rates.

• Alert on early warning indicators related to product or process challenges.

• Contribute to the technical knowledge base and best practices.

• Aid in the continuous enhancement of Level 1 agents and workshops.

• Provide on-site technical assistance throughout Romania, particularly for electric buses.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong automotive technical expertise with experience in diagnostics and complex repairs (in dealer, workshop, or OEM settings).

• Demonstrated capability to analyze technical data, fault codes, and log files to determine root causes and recurring issues in vehicles.

• Proficient in translating OEM technical documentation, wiring diagrams, and procedures into concise repair instructions for workshops.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Able to articulate complex technical subjects in an easily understandable manner.

• Team-oriented with a proactive approach, logical thinking, and an inquisitive nature.

• Capable of functioning in multi-market, multi-stakeholder environments.
