This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Create and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining dealer clients in the automotive industry.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to assess their financing requirements.
• Spot opportunities for portfolio expansion by presenting financing solutions and advocating for Westlake Flooring Company’s offerings.
• Perform market research to stay competitive and align services with current industry trends.
• Manage the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio, ensuring exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
• Track account performance and proactively resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance customer experience.
• Provide training and support to dealerships regarding the utilization of financing solutions and services.
• Monitor the performance and conditions of dealerships.
• Develop and uphold risk assessment models to assess dealership creditworthiness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Oversee the portfolio's performance, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry across various sectors.
• Strong financial acumen with a solid understanding of essential financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to engage with clients and collaborate with internal team members and external partners at different organizational levels.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient negotiation and collection abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a remote setting.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a relevant field and 3 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections is required.
