This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Design and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining dealer clients in the automotive industry.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to comprehend their financing requirements.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio expansion by showcasing financing solutions and promoting the offerings of Westlake Flooring Company.
• Conduct market analysis to maintain competitiveness and align services with industry developments.
• Oversee the management of the automotive floorplan portfolio, ensuring exceptional levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor account performance and proactively address any issues or concerns raised by clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Provide training and assistance to dealerships regarding the use of financing solutions and services.
• Keep an eye on dealership conditions and performance metrics.
• Develop and sustain risk assessment models to evaluate the creditworthiness of dealerships.
• Work with internal teams to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Track the performance of the portfolio, including loan balances, dealer performance metrics, and payment trends.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry across various sectors.
• Strong financial acumen with a working knowledge of key financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients, collaborate with internal team members, and engage with external partners at various organizational levels.
• Exceptional time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient negotiation and collection skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to work independently and thrive in a remote environment.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• BA/BS in a related field with 3 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of related experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections required.
