This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Create and execute sales strategies aimed at acquiring and retaining dealer clients in the automotive industry.
• Establish and nurture relationships with dealership owners and key decision-makers to comprehend their financing requirements.
• Discover opportunities for portfolio expansion by showcasing financing solutions and advocating for Westlake Flooring Company’s offerings.
• Conduct market analysis to ensure competitiveness and align services with prevailing industry trends.
• Manage the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction levels.
• Track account performance and proactively resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve customer experience.
• Provide training and support to dealerships regarding the utilization of financing solutions and services.
• Assess dealership conditions and performance.
• Develop and sustain risk assessment models to evaluate dealership creditworthiness.
• Work with internal teams to guarantee adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.
• Oversee the portfolio's performance, including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with the automotive industry across various sectors.
• Strong financial knowledge with a practical understanding of key financial tools and terminology.
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities to engage with clients, collaborate with internal team members, and connect with external partners at all organizational levels.
• Effective time management skills capable of meeting deadlines.
• Strong negotiation and collection capabilities.
• Proficient analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3 years of relevant experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in finance, sales, account management, and/or collections is required.
• Willingness to travel over 75% of the time, including some overnight trips.
• Capability to travel by flying or driving.
• Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods.
• A valid driver’s license is mandatory for this role.
