This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Lead the sales initiatives for used vehicles (VO) throughout the dealer network.
• Actively enhance the growth of used-vehicle acquisitions.
• Implement the comprehensive used-vehicle (VO) strategy and provide guidance to dealerships.
• Educate and mentor dealership personnel.
• Offer your insights on all topics related to used vehicles.
• Track performance KPIs and execute customized action plans.
• Anticipate the needs of the network and suggest ongoing improvement measures.
• A minimum of 2–3 years of post-secondary education (e.g., Business Unit Management or Commerce).
• Demonstrated experience in sales, network animation/management, or consulting positions.
• Exceptional negotiation abilities.
• Familiarity with industry-specific tools (e.g., Planet VO, Star Fleet).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Operational/professional working proficiency in English is preferred.
• Goal-oriented, persistent, diplomatic, and educational in approach.
• Strong analytical capabilities and the aptitude to establish trust with stakeholders.
