This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +2 more states.
• Acquire new business through targeted sales initiatives.
• Oversee the entire sales process with the client.
• Collaborate with front line managers to secure business or enhance service offerings.
• Spearhead the identification of potential customer leads and the sales process to secure new accounts.
• Take ownership of and drive the development of DW strategic sales initiatives.
• Play a vital role in shaping and advancing the Division’s sales strategy, plans, and key priorities.
• Present professional sales pitches effectively.
• Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with existing clients.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with mid-sized clients within the Division.
• Work collaboratively with Dealer Tire sales partners.
• Foster growth and retention among existing customers.
• Identify competitive opportunities, threats, trends, and challenges; raise awareness and proactively implement value-added solutions.
• Collaborate with District Operations Managers and Area Operations Managers to ensure customers receive a five-star experience.
• Uphold a positive and productive work environment in line with Dent Wizard’s core values.
• Engage in operations huddles and management routines to maintain strong alignment, integration, and collaboration across teams.
• Participate in the Goal Setting & Review (GS&R) process, providing regular updates.
• Enter and timely update sales-related data.
• Over 5 years of demonstrated sales experience in a comparable sales environment.
• Experience in the auto and reconditioning industry is preferred.
