Automation Systems Analyst – Senior DevOps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create and sustain scripts and tools that streamline repetitive tasks;

• Utilize configuration management tools to ensure uniformity across various environments;

• Oversee configurations, containers, and environment orchestration with tools like Docker and Kubernetes;

• Automate the setup, configuration, and scaling of servers, clusters, and resources;

• Troubleshoot issues within production environments;

• Guarantee that environments are secure, with appropriate access controls and compliance measures;

• Conduct tests to validate enhancements and maintain stability;

• Regularly update pipelines, configurations, procedures, and records of improvements;

• Strive to synchronize automation with continuous delivery strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT).

• Proven experience in the relevant specialty within critical, high-availability corporate settings;

• Collaborate with development teams to incorporate DevOps practices;

• Established history of infrastructure automation utilizing Ansible and/or Terraform;

• Implement systems in a scalable and resilient manner using Docker and Kubernetes;

• Develop and execute application migration strategies to Kubernetes;

• Resolve technical infrastructure challenges in various environments and Kubernetes;

• Completion of ITIL 4 training with a minimum duration of 12 hours;

• ITIL 4 Foundation certification or a higher qualification;

• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification;

• Completion of Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) course or an equivalent program;

• Completion of Certified Kubernetes Security Specialist (CKS) course or an equivalent program.
