Automation Systems Analyst – Senior

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the planning, development, implementation, and ongoing management of technical support activities for ICT users and Infrastructure Sustaining Services, both remotely and on-site.

• Provide guidance and clarification for inquiries, as well as receive, log, analyze, diagnose, and address client requests.

• Engage in problem resolution, service implementation, migrations, and technology transfers.

• Execute periodic procedures and maintain oversight and updates of documentation aimed at supporting ICT infrastructure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT).

• Must demonstrate, via records in the Work and Social Security Card (Carteira de Trabalho e Previdência Social) or a statement from a prior public or private employer, experience in the specified field within critical corporate environments with high availability.

• ITIL 4 training with a minimum duration of 12 (twelve) hours.

• Official ITIL 4 Foundation certification or a higher level certification.

• Official RHCJA (Red Hat Certified JBoss Administration) certification or completion of the Official JBoss Application Administration I course.

• Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD) course with a minimum duration of 15 hours.
