Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pakistan.

📋 Description

• Develop and implement automations that enhance marketing workflows, campaign management, reporting, and internal processes.

• Design scalable systems utilizing Make.com, Claude/Claude Code, APIs, webhooks, and AI-driven workflows.

• Optimize repetitive tasks and minimize manual work across paid media and reporting functions.

• Create lightweight internal tools, dashboards, and workflow automations for the growth team.

• Integrate marketing and eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Google Ads, Meta Ads, reporting systems, and internal databases.

• Enhance campaign setup, reporting speed, and operational efficiency throughout the organization.

• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to pinpoint workflow bottlenecks and identify automation opportunities.

• Document systems, workflows, and SOPs to facilitate smooth internal adoption.

• Provide training to internal team members on newly implemented tools and AI workflows.

• Actively suggest new automation tools, systems, and process enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as an Automation Specialist, Systems Specialist, Automation Engineer, or a similar position within a marketing agency, paid media agency, or growth-oriented company.

• Extensive experience with Make.com and Claude / Claude Code (or comparable AI development platforms).

• Capability to develop and deploy real-world automations with little oversight.

• Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, logic flows, and data integrations.

• Experience in marketing workflows and paid media environments.

• Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, attribution, campaign reporting, and marketing operations.

• Advanced skills in Google Sheets.

• Familiarity with Looker Studio and marketing reporting systems.

• Basic understanding of Python or JavaScript.

• Experience in integrating Shopify data and marketing systems.

• Ability to transform complex workflows into scalable systems.

• Excellent documentation and communication skills, with the ability to instruct on workflows internally.

• Highly proactive attitude with a strong emphasis on operational efficiency and tangible business results.

• Experience with GitHub, Shopify plugins/integrations, or Cursor is a plus.
