Automation Manager – Latam

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Spearhead industrial automation projects throughout manufacturing facilities in LATAM.

• Lead initiatives in robotics, machine vision, and advanced manufacturing.

• Assist in the implementation, commissioning, and rollout of automation technologies.

• Offer technical expertise and troubleshooting support for manufacturing activities.

• Work closely with regional and global partners to ensure consistency and scalability.

• Facilitate digital transformation and Industry 4.0 projects.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Over 7 years of experience in industrial automation and manufacturing projects.

• Comprehensive understanding of PLCs, HMIs, industrial networks, and manufacturing control systems.

• Practical experience with industrial robotics (FANUC, ABB, or equivalent platforms).

• Demonstrated experience in supporting automation implementation and rollout projects.

• Familiarity with Smart Manufacturing, Digitalization, or Industry 4.0 initiatives is highly advantageous.

• Proficient in English at an advanced level.

• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

• Willingness to travel up to 70% across LATAM and the United States.

• A valid U.S. Visa is required.
