Automation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Lead industrial automation projects across various plants in the region.

• Drive initiatives in robotics, computer vision, and smart manufacturing.

• Engage in the implementation and commissioning of new technologies.

• Assess technical solutions and assist in resolving complex issues at the plant.

• Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure the standardization of processes and technologies.

• Advocate for digitalization initiatives and Industry 4.0.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• Over 7 years of experience in industrial automation and manufacturing projects.

• Proficiency with PLCs, HMIs, industrial networks, and control systems.

• Experience in industrial robotics (FANUC, ABB, or similar).

• Hands-on experience in the implementation and execution of projects.

• Knowledge in Smart Manufacturing, digitalization, or Industry 4.0 will be highly regarded.

• Advanced English proficiency.

• Willingness to travel up to 80% in LATAM and the United States.
