This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +3 more states.
• Collaborate with the Roche Support Network, Marketing, and Sales management to pinpoint key accounts and deliver targeted customer training.
• Educate laboratory personnel prior to the go-live phase on new automation instruments and offer continuous training support.
• Serve as a field training subject matter expert for Roche product ranges across multiple domains.
• Develop training plans for both new and existing customers.
• Provide advanced training assistance for commercial pre-sales, project management, implementation, and execution of Roche solutions.
• Conduct tailored training sessions for Roche solutions, encompassing equipment, applications, IT products, and systems.
• Offer on-site training and re-training, and assist with pre- and post-training requirements during installation, implementation, and maintenance.
• Address intricate customer issues utilizing scientific expertise and support commercial teams and clients in pre- and post-sales activities.
• Partner with leadership to establish educational objectives, technical specifications, and comprehensive curricula.
• Design training initiatives, collect feedback, and enhance training materials.
• Engage in marketing and product development efforts.
• Uphold standardized training protocols and disseminate best practices.
• Oversee inventory, company assets, and expenditures.
• Timely complete service reports and identify opportunities to promote Roche solutions and competitive consolidations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the quality system and the attainment of quality objectives.
• Travel frequently within the US, with occasional international travel.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent education and professional experience.
• 5 years of progressive experience in the diagnostics sector or other pertinent progressive experience.
• Advanced knowledge in a specialty area demonstrated through an advanced degree and/or extensive technical experience supporting laboratory clinical chemistry, immunology, information technology, molecular, tissue, and/or automation systems.
• Preferred experience with pre-analytical, post-analytical, and analytical chemistry and immunology platforms, including cobas 8100, cobas p512/p612, and/or cobas p501/p701.
• Up to 75% overnight travel is necessary.
• Regular and reliable attendance is required.
• Candidates residing in other parts of the United States must be located within 50 miles of a major airport.
