This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Develop and construct automation and human-in-the-loop (HITL) pipelines for the efficient collection and annotation of egocentric data.

• Oversee and enhance AI pipelines by identifying and resolving bottlenecks, errors, and inefficiencies.

• Swiftly adapt AI pipelines in response to customer needs.

• Work in partnership with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to outline use cases and transform them into coordinated AI solutions.

• Create best practices for AI orchestration, version control, monitoring, and lifecycle management.

• Record processes, technical architectures, and orchestration standards for effective knowledge sharing.

• Design and execute orchestration pipelines that integrate various GenAI models, APIs, and tools into comprehensive workflows.

• Keep abreast of the latest developments in AI orchestration, LLMs, and automation tools to continually improve solutions.

• Collaborate with Quality Specialists employing established rubrics and industry-leading standards for robotics data collection and annotation.


⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in robotics training pipelines from both automation and HITL perspectives.

• Over 3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, data engineering, or workflow orchestration.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.

• Proficiency in orchestration tools/frameworks such as Airflow, Prefect, LangChain, Dagster, Kubeflow, or similar technologies.

• Strong programming skills and data insights; proficiency in Python is preferred.

• Familiarity with Generative AI models, including LLMs and diffusion models, and their deployment processes.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities to enhance workflows.

• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical teams.

• Capability to work remotely within the United States.

• Willingness to travel as needed.
