This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

• Create and sustain automated API testing suites that encompass functional, regression, integration, and negative-path scenarios.

• Assess FHIR-based APIs, ensuring payload compliance, mapping precision, and interoperability processes.

• Establish test coverage for MCP-related wrappers and AI-facing service agreements to guarantee consistent and secure operations.

• Conduct performance, reliability, and edge-case testing for backend services.

• Collaborate with engineering teams to enhance testability, prevent defects, and improve release quality.

• Oversee test environments, data strategies, and quality metrics.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

• 2-4 years of experience in QA or test automation with a focus on APIs or backend systems.

• Practical experience with API testing tools, automation frameworks, and integration testing approaches.

• Proficiency in validating JSON payloads, schemas, authentication flows, and service agreements.

• Experience in testing cloud-hosted applications; familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) is an advantage.

• Knowledge of FHIR testing or healthcare interoperability testing is highly preferred.
