This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and implement safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.
• Collaborate with corporate and plant teams to create a comprehensive scope of work for system solutions.
• Drive project management activities from the development of scope through to the delivery of systems.
• Offer electrical and mechanical installation assistance as well as technical knowledge during the launch of new projects.
• Provide technical guidance on ongoing and upcoming continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop training materials and standard operating procedures for equipment deployment.
• Educate production and maintenance teams on the operation and upkeep of new equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all corporate, industry, and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in post-project evaluations.
• An associate degree in a technical discipline (Engineering preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Strong and clear communication abilities.
• Self-driven and proactive individual.
• Excellent leadership capabilities.
• Friendly demeanor, capable of effectively engaging, leading, and communicating with corporate engineers, plant staff, and vendors.
• Previous experience in project management; certifications in project management are advantageous.
• Ability to oversee project scope and recognize/manage project risks.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with prior experience in ISO compliance.
• Strong analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
• Data-focused; Six Sigma experience is a bonus.
• Capability to meet deadlines set by customers and self.
• Proficient in implementing design changes by organizing and leading cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented team setting.
• Skilled at managing and prioritizing multiple projects efficiently and simultaneously.
