This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Design and implement automated workflows within CRM and marketing platforms to improve operational efficiency.
• Evaluate data from diverse marketing channels to deliver actionable insights and enhance campaign performance.
• Ensure data integrity across our systems, facilitating accurate reporting and analysis.
• Work closely with marketing teams to create data-driven strategies that align with client objectives.
• Perform A/B testing and experiment with various automation strategies to identify the most effective methods.
• Create reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and share findings with internal teams and clients.
• Keep up-to-date with emerging trends in marketing technology and automation tools, suggesting new solutions when necessary.
• Demonstrated experience in marketing automation, data analysis, and/or technology solutions, including Make.com, N8N, Zapier, or AI Agents.
• Familiarity with basic coding and data management, such as Python, Java, HTML, GraphQL, and SQL.
• Strong expertise with CRM systems, especially HubSpot, Monday.com, or comparable platforms.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Google Data Studio, Tableau) is preferred.
• Analytical mindset capable of interpreting complex data sets and developing actionable strategies.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote setting.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, able to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
• A passion for music and familiarity with the landscape of the music industry is an advantage.
