This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more country.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy workflows driven by AI and automation for GTM processes.
• Utilize LLM capabilities and AI tools to enhance productivity and execution quality in GTM and RevOps.
• Create reusable resources such as agent templates, prompt libraries, automation patterns, and reference flows.
• Implement comprehensive automations triggered by agents, copilots, or business events.
• Leverage automation and orchestration platforms, API integrations, and MCP servers to craft scalable solutions.
• Oversee the delivery process from prototype to production-ready solutions, including testing, documentation, and handoff.
• Collaborate with GTM teams to convert business needs into technical solutions.
• Recognize technical risks, constraints, and dependencies early in the solution design phase.
• Ensure that solutions comply with privacy, security, governance, and Responsible AI standards.
• Design and conduct hands-on training sessions for employees, makers, and business teams.
• Maintain documentation for deployed workflows and integrations.
• Monitor the performance and reliability of automation solutions.
• Offer guidance on usage, limitations, and expectations for human oversight in AI solutions.
• Mentor teams on prompting, output validation, and appropriate use of AI.
• Act as an internal authority through workshops, office hours, and direct support.
• Establish guidelines for safe innovation.
• Stay updated on the latest AI models, automation tools, and workflow orchestration platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in delivering automation, low-code solutions, analytics, or AI-enabled capabilities within an enterprise or GTM setting.
• Proficient understanding of AI models, LLM applications, prompt orchestration, and AI-driven workflow design.
• Practical experience in building automation workflows or API integrations.
• Capability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
• Experience working collaboratively across engineering, data, and business teams.
• Preferred experience with automation and orchestration platforms such as n8n, Zapier, custom API integrations, or MCP servers.
• Preferred experience using Salesforce, Marketo, or HubSpot.
• A background in the healthcare or health-tech industry is advantageous.
• Must be eligible to work without sponsorship.
• Ability to work in the United States or Canada.
