This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assess and verify coverage.
• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve both first and third-party Auto Property Damage claims, alongside specific Bodily Injury, Med Pay, and No-Fault claims.
• Ensure accurate reserving of all losses.
• Engage in established safety and marketing initiatives.
• Assign and oversee the activities of independent adjusters and other service providers.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, brokers, attorneys, and various departments.
• Recognize potential for subrogation.
• Manage the subrogation process.
• Prepare detailed claim correspondence, including denials and Reservations of Rights (RORs).
• Attend training sessions and/or obtain professional designations.
• Compile comprehensive Claim Reports.
• Provide recommendations regarding the reserving and disposition of claims.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent life experience.
• Minimum of three years of experience in managing commercial automobile claims.
• Experience in handling catastrophic claims.
• Possession of a valid home-state adjuster’s license.
• Excellent telephone communication skills.
• Proficient in the use of personal computers.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
