Auto Estimate & Repair Verification Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Conduct thorough Image Desk assessments of vendor repair estimates, total loss cases, and assigned claims to verify compliance with estimating guidelines, best repair practices, and documentation standards.

• Review files and perform audit evaluations, providing precise annotations, corrections, and repair suggestions as necessary.

• Investigate and address complex inquiries, complaints, escalations, as well as coverage or repair disputes promptly and professionally.

• Assist in total loss evaluations by examining estimates, valuations, and completing necessary documentation to ensure compliance with company protocols.

• Design, oversee, and assess processes while fostering and maintaining effective working relationships with network vendors and repair facilities.

• Engage in calibration sessions with claims teams and leadership to guarantee consistency in estimating practices and outcomes of claim handling.

• Partner with leadership to convey audit results, identify trends, and propose process enhancements.

• Proficient in managing complex customer issues, disputes, and escalations in a professional manner.

• Skilled in building and maintaining productive relationships with vendors, appraisers, and internal teams.
