This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Manage intricate claims utilizing technical expertise and industry knowledge.
• Provide outstanding customer service while efficiently and accurately resolving claims.
• Work collaboratively with team members and engage in community service initiatives that make a local impact.
• At least 12 months of experience in Auto Damage.
• A Motor Vehicle Damage Adjuster/Appraiser's License is *mandatory*.
• A valid driver's license that complies with company underwriting standards, along with the capability to uphold necessary state and federal certifications and permits.
• Openness to flexible work locations, including remote, field, or in-office settings.
• Strong computer skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Keen attention to detail and proficient decision-making abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a willingness to develop these further.
• A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
