This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Investigate and Resolve Claims: Evaluate and address auto claims with moderate supervision, concentrating on coverage, liability, and damages.
β’ Judgment and Decision-Making: Utilize sound judgment to assess exposure and determine the most effective course of action.
β’ Cost Control: Reduce claims costs and expenses while ensuring a positive experience for policyholders.
β’ Collaboration: Engage extensively with various stakeholders involved in the claims process.
β’ Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
β’ Timely Documentation: Accurately document and communicate claims activities to facilitate smooth resolution.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of experience in processing personal auto claims.
β’ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a sharp attention to detail.
β’ Proficient in technology and possesses outstanding communication skills.
β’ Team-oriented, proactive, and resourceful with a practical mindset.
β’ Proven expertise in coverage analysis and negotiation.
β’ Bilingual in Spanish and English is mandatory.
β’ A bachelor's degree is advantageous.
