📋 Description

• Investigate and Resolve Claims: Evaluate and address auto claims with moderate supervision, concentrating on coverage, liability, and damages.

• Judgment and Decision-Making: Utilize sound judgment to assess exposure and determine the most effective course of action.

• Cost Control: Reduce claims costs and expenses while ensuring a positive experience for policyholders.

• Collaboration: Engage extensively with various stakeholders involved in the claims process.

• Process Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

• Timely Documentation: Accurately document and communicate claims activities to facilitate smooth resolution.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in processing personal auto claims.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a sharp attention to detail.

• Proficient in technology and possesses outstanding communication skills.

• Team-oriented, proactive, and resourceful with a practical mindset.

• Proven expertise in coverage analysis and negotiation.

• Bilingual in Spanish and English is mandatory.

• A bachelor's degree is advantageous.
