📋 Description

• Conduct thorough investigations to verify the circumstances surrounding automobile accidents.

• Utilize analytical skills to assess coverage, liability, and damages.

• Adjust and negotiate claims within established authority limits.

• Oversee claims from initial review through to final resolution.

• Maintain effective communication with customers throughout the process.
