📋 Description

• Investigate and verify the facts surrounding automobile accident claims.

• Assess coverage, liability, and damages related to claims.

• Adjust and negotiate claims within established authority limits.

• Analyze claim details and conduct a comprehensive coverage assessment.

• Manage basic investigations pertaining to coverage, liability, and damages.

• Identify customer needs and deliver suitable customer service.

• Utilize company systems and technology effectively.

• Collaborate with colleagues to evaluate subrogation or fraud potential and manage these cases.

• Apply knowledge of insurance policies, the insurance sector, and inter-organizational relationships.

• Recognize and identify vehicle body components and possible property damage.

• No supervisory responsibilities are required.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in handling auto claims from investigation to resolution.

• Experience in evaluating claim details, determining liability, interpreting policy language, and performing coverage analysis.

• Candidates must have authorization to work in the United States.

• Active insurance license holders must cancel all existing appointments prior to onboarding and cannot hold outside appointments during their employment.

• Applicants with a resident producer license are required to formally surrender that license when directed by the licensing team.

• A dedicated, distraction-free workspace is necessary when working from home.

• Suitable desk and seating arrangements are required.

• Reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload is essential.

• Capability to conduct investigations related to coverage, liability, and damages.

• Basic knowledge of insurance policies and company systems and technology is required.

• Ability to identify vehicle body parts and assess potential property damage.

• Strong customer service, analytical thinking, policy interpretation, and time/task management skills are essential.
