📋 Description

• As a member of WBS TRAINING AG, you represent your area of expertise with passion and foresight.

• In your role as an instructor, the primary focus is on developing the competencies of the course participants.

• You see yourself as both a knowledge provider and as a supportive learning companion in the context of Learning 4.0!

• This includes subject-specific instruction from your home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D ®.

• Implementing various teaching methods for course design.

• Guiding and supporting our trainees with their IHK-related reports and projects.

• Participating in quality assurance measures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training or a degree in E-Commerce with at least 5 years of professional experience.

• Solid knowledge and practical experience in E-Commerce / online retail, particularly in areas such as assortment policy, sales and distribution channels, marketing, and partnerships.

• Initial experience as an instructor, trainer, speaker, lecturer, or teacher.

• Additionally, knowledge in the following areas is desirable: legal frameworks, commercial control and management, project-oriented working methods in E-Commerce, accounting, cost and performance accounting, and project management.

• Proof of pedagogical suitability (e.g., AEVO).
