This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Subject-specific instruction from the home office within the WBS LearnSpace 3D

• Utilization of various teaching methods for lesson design

• Support and guidance for our trainees in their IHK-related reports and projects

• Participation in quality assurance measures

• Excellent command of the German language (C2 proficiency level)

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training or degree in the field of E-Commerce with at least 5 years of professional experience

• Solid knowledge and practical experience in E-Commerce / online trading, particularly in areas such as: assortment policy in retail, sales and distribution channels, marketing and partnerships

• Desirable additional knowledge in the following areas: legal frameworks, commercial governance and control, project-oriented working methods in E-Commerce, accounting and cost and performance accounting, project management

• High reliability as well as a structured and resilient working style

• Experience as an instructor, trainer, speaker, lecturer, or teacher with proof of pedagogical suitability (e.g., AEVO)
