This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Independent acquisition of new customers in the regional B2B sector
• Scheduling and conducting on-site appointments with companies
• Consulting and selling advertising spaces to local and regional businesses
• Autonomous closing in field sales
• Establishing and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Self-directed organization of sales territories and appointments
• Documentation of sales activities in the CRM system
• Collaboration with our internal service and sales team
• Representing AdWise Media at the client's site
• Proven experience in sales / field sales / direct sales
• Experience in scheduling and closing is advantageous
• Confident and professional demeanor with clients
• Strong communication skills and negotiation ability
• High self-motivation and results-oriented work approach
• Strong closing abilities and perseverance
• Independent working style as a sales representative
• Valid Class B driver's license and personal vehicle required
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Proficient use of telephone, email, and digital tools
• Very attractive commission models with no cap
• Realistic earning potential of €5,000 – €15,000+ per month
• Existing market presence & references
