This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Assist in executing and analyzing selective job tests within the branches.
• Identify current risks and develop strategies to mitigate potential occurrences.
• Conduct a variety of assessments, including comprehensive physical inventories and compliance evaluations.
• Prepare inventory and compliance reports with quality and punctuality.
• Identify and analyze potential risk areas related to branch assets.
• Perform statistical and on-site analyses to identify and categorize risks.
• Update status changes in the POS2 system.
• Address cases of theft, robbery, and intrusions reported in the branches.
• Timely record travel expenses in Workday.
• Conduct inventories in newly opened stores.
• Education: University degree, completed professional career.
• Minimum experience of 1 to 3 years in auditing, inventory management, pawn shops, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Willingness to travel (50% of the time involves traveling).
• Skills: Analytical, Observant, Integrity, Communication, follow-up on inventory discrepancies.
