This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Prioritize and execute all assigned tasks efficiently.
• Review and allocate provider correspondence to the relevant departments.
• Complete payer audits and appeals ahead of deadlines.
• Conduct quarterly quality audit checks.
• Operate in accordance with system-wide competencies and behaviors.
• Contribute to quality initiatives, operational excellence, and process enhancements.
• Collaborate with various departments while maintaining independent work capabilities.
• A High School diploma or GED is mandatory.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in home infusion revenue cycle is required.
• In-depth knowledge of Federal and State billing regulations.
• Basic understanding of medical terminology is necessary.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Home internet connection via a cable broadband or fiber optic provider with a minimum of 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload is required for occasional or permanent remote work.
