This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Remote Diagnostics: Perform and analyze hearing evaluations utilizing remote technology to assess patient eligibility for Earlens and conventional air conduction systems.

• Clinical Counseling: Offer specialized guidance to patients regarding their hearing impairment and the distinctive clinical advantages of the Earlens and Virsono products.

• Treatment & Fitting: Advise, sell, and remotely configure Earlens solutions alongside premium air conduction systems, ensuring optimal physiological fit and sound clarity.

• Clinical Documentation: Keep precise patient records and longitudinal data within the electronic medical record (EMR) system.

• Operational Support: Collaborate with local and national clinical resources to enhance the patient journey and facilitate the scheduling of intricate remote procedures.

• Patient Outcomes: Provide outstanding clinical care and proactive troubleshooting to guarantee high patient satisfaction and reduce device returns.

• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work in partnership with ENT physicians and other healthcare professionals to maintain a seamless continuum of care.

• Technical Evolution: Remain updated on advancements in audiological research, Earlens technology enhancements, and telehealth best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) or a Master's Degree in Audiology.

• Licensure: Valid state licensure as an Audiologist (CA license required; multi-state licensure is a plus).

• Experience: At least 2-3 years of clinical experience in diagnostic audiology and hearing aid dispensing.

• Telehealth Savvy: Demonstrated experience with remote programming, telehealth platforms, and digital patient management.

• Clinical Skills: Comprehensive understanding of ear anatomy and the specific criteria for Earlens candidacy.
