This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist with the comprehensive setup of audience deals and campaigns within the OpenAP platform, encompassing everything from confirmation processing to distribution and campaign creation.
• Ensure precise records and statuses are maintained across internal project management systems, providing real-time visibility to all stakeholders throughout the campaign's lifecycle.
• Conduct regular reconciliations between internal systems and the OpenAP platform, proactively identifying and addressing any discrepancies.
• Facilitate client reporting workflows utilizing both internal and third-party tools, preparing and reformatting data files, and organizing report outputs for downstream utilization.
• Excel in a dynamic environment where context-switching is the norm, effectively managing multiple parallel workstreams while ensuring consistency and accuracy.
• Evolve within the role over time, as this position is intentionally structured to expand in scope as workflows are optimized and trust is built.
• 0–3 years of experience in advertising technology, media operations, digital media, or a similar field.
• Familiarity with programmatic advertising, audience data, or TV/streaming media is advantageous but not mandatory — we are willing to teach the right candidate.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
