Aud Fitting Support Advisor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Deliver audiological and technical assistance to clients by aiding in hearing aid fittings and offering product insights.

• Provide technical support for both current and obsolete product lines, addressing inquiries related to hearing aid fittings.

• Facilitate internal training on products and software.

• Collaborate with teams in Customer Service, Quality Engineering, Product Management, Research and Development, Software Engineering, and Sales.

• Record customer interactions in the systems specified by the company.

• Stay updated on audiologic, amplification, and computer hardware/software topics through ongoing education.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Audiology.

• State Licensure, CCC-A, or an equivalent qualification.

• Over 2 years of experience in clinical Audiology and Hearing Instrument Dispensing.

• Experience with GN products is preferred.

• Background in hearing aid manufacturing and/or industry experience is advantageous.
