Attorney – Foreclosure

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Prepare and evaluate legal documents for subsequent review by the Supervising Attorney.

• Maintain organization of case files.

• Monitor legal deadlines effectively.

• Collaborate with paralegals and legal assistants regarding case logistics.

• Observe a senior or supervising attorney during mediation, court sessions, and sheriff’s sales.

• Support in the preparation leading up to appearances.

• Work together with state team members.

• Actively engage in weekly state meetings.

• Participate in a weekly one-on-one meeting with the Supervising Attorney.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.

• Licensed to practice in Alabama and in good standing across all jurisdictions.

• Preference for candidates with a minimum of 5 years of licensure.

• Capacity to collaborate with others in a friendly and team-focused environment.

• Outstanding organizational abilities.

• Proficient in multitasking and adapting to ongoing changes.

• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
