Attorney – Civil Litigation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Idaho.

📋 Description

• Represent civil litigation cases in Idaho.

• Manage case files autonomously.

• Perform legal research and writing tasks.

• Maintain communication with clients and relevant stakeholders.

• Engage in marketing initiatives and client development.

• Travel as necessary.

• Manage trial-related responsibilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in defending civil litigation cases in Idaho.

• Must be licensed to practice law in the State of Idaho.

• Strong work ethic is essential.

• Capability to independently oversee case files.

• Excellent communication and analytical capabilities.

• Outstanding research and writing proficiency.

• Interest in marketing and client development is beneficial.

• Willingness to travel is required.

• Trial experience is preferred.
