This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama.

📋 Description

• Assess legal files and pleadings to ensure they are accurate and complete

• Electronically authorize pleadings after thorough review

• Access and evaluate files using the firm's case management system (CLS)

• Digitally sign documents utilizing Adobe PDF

⛳️ Requirements

• Active Alabama Bar license in good standing

• Strong attention to detail

• Capability to work independently

• Comfortable in a technology-focused environment

• Experience with VPN access and remote systems is preferred, but not mandatory

• Previous experience in legal documentation review is advantageous, though not necessary

• Basic proficiency in legal technology

• Must possess a valid license in Alabama
