This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

• Design, configure, and enhance both self-hosted and cloud environments.

• Perform migrations from self-hosted Atlassian instances to cloud solutions.

• Develop custom project templates, workflows, reporting solutions, and more.

• Integrate Atlassian tools with various external systems and platforms.

• Provide support post-migration, including troubleshooting and necessary adjustments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert business requirements into technical solutions.

• Document workflows, procedures, and migration processes.

• Ensure adherence to data privacy and security regulations.

• At least 4 years of practical experience with Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence (Cloud & Data Center).

• Proven experience with cloud-based reporting and integration.

• Familiarity with ITSM frameworks.

• Knowledge of identity and access management, data privacy, and security best practices.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.

• Exceptional communication and teamwork skills.
