This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

• Design, configure, and enhance both self-hosted and cloud environments.

• Execute migrations from self-hosted Atlassian instances to the cloud.

• Develop customized project templates, workflows, reporting solutions, and more.

• Integrate Atlassian tools with various external systems and platforms.

• Offer post-migration support, including troubleshooting and necessary adjustments.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Document workflows, processes, and migration procedures.

• Ensure adherence to data privacy and security regulations.

• At least 4 years of practical experience with Jira Software, Jira Service Management, and Confluence (Cloud & Data Center).

• Experience in cloud-based reporting and integration.

• Knowledge of ITSM frameworks.

• Understanding of identity and access management, as well as data privacy and security best practices.

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and a proactive mindset.

• Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities.
