This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Analyze & Advise

• Capture customer requirements, analyze and refine them to ensure they align with business needs and technical feasibility.

• Facilitate scoping workshops and translate business requirements into tangible solutions.

• Conduct audits of customer systems, focusing on configuration, performance, security, and best practices.

• Develop customized recommendations to enhance the value of Atlassian solutions for clients.

• Implement & Deliver

• Configure, implement, and integrate Atlassian solutions in accordance with customer requirements.

• Ensure that implementations comply with best practices and standards.

• Produce clear project deliverables, including functional and technical specifications, configuration guides, and documentation.

• Provide training for end users and administrators.

• Customer Support & Collaboration

• Build and maintain robust customer relationships throughout the project lifecycle.

• Ensure effective communication and aligned expectations.

• Contribute to high customer satisfaction through a proactive and solution-oriented approach.

• Identify opportunities for added value and collaborate with sales when necessary.

• Contribute & Grow

• Participate in internal communities of practice to further enhance your expertise and share knowledge.

• Develop your skills through ongoing learning and certifications.

• Contribute to both internal and external visibility through blog posts, webinars, and events.

• Support the creation and maintenance of documentation and internal resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• A master's degree (or equivalent) in computer science or a related discipline.

• 3–5 years of experience in consulting, software development, or technical roles.

• Strong interest in Atlassian tools and environments.

• Ability to comprehend business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.

• Proficiency in both German and English.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

• Proactive work style and eagerness to learn.

• High attention to detail and quality awareness.
