This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and source Certified Athletic Trainers (ATCs) for military health and human performance programs across the nation.
• Leverage your expertise in the athletic training field to proactively engage qualified candidates and establish long-term talent pipelines.
• Execute targeted searches utilizing professional networks, social media, databases, referrals, and industry-specific resources.
• Cultivate and sustain relationships within the athletic training community through professional associations, educational institutions, networking groups, conferences, and online forums.
• Conduct initial outreach and candidate engagement activities to evaluate interest, qualifications, and availability.
• Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to grasp staffing requirements and formulate sourcing strategies.
• Maintain and nurture candidate pipelines to meet current and future hiring demands.
• Participate in virtual and in-person recruiting events, conferences, and networking opportunities to broaden candidate networks.
• Develop candidate profiles, sourcing summaries, and market intelligence reports for recruiters and hiring teams.
• Assist in recruitment marketing initiatives and employer branding efforts aimed at attracting athletic training professionals.
• Keep accurate records of sourcing activities and candidate information within the applicant tracking system (ATS) and CRM tools.
• Ensure adherence to relevant employment laws, OFCCP standards, company policies, and recruitment best practices.
• Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and competitive talent landscapes relevant to athletic training and healthcare staffing.
• Engage in recruiting team meetings and contribute to discussions surrounding sourcing strategies.
• Support additional talent acquisition projects and workforce planning initiatives across PSI and its subsidiaries as needed.
• A Bachelor’s Degree is required; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree requirements.
• Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) credential is strongly preferred.
• Previous experience as a Certified Athletic Trainer, healthcare recruiter, talent sourcer, or in a relationship-driven professional role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with candidates of varying experience levels and internal stakeholders.
• A keen interest in recruiting, talent acquisition, workforce planning, and career development.
• Capacity to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proficient in using Microsoft 365 applications, including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel.
• Willingness to learn sourcing technologies, recruiting platforms, and applicant tracking systems.
• A professional, team-oriented mindset complemented by strong customer service abilities.
• Occasional travel will be necessary for conferences, recruiting events, or orientations.
