• Customer support through phone, email, chat, or WhatsApp

• Logging and tracking of requests in the system

• Addressing inquiries, providing assistance with orders, exchanges, and payments

• Forwarding requests to the appropriate departments

• Handling complaints and seeking resolutions

• Supporting satisfaction surveys and process improvements
