📋 Description

• Address inquiries and questions from customers using Claro's Internet service via phone calls.

• Provide customer support for Claro's Internet services.

• Handle inquiries without engaging in sales activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed secondary education / Junior High School.

• No prior experience necessary.

• Availability to work full-time during the afternoon (PM) shift.

• Experience in customer service via phone calls.

• Position available for Claro customers.
