Atención al cliente, Turno Full y Part Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide customer service and retain clients with a fixed line through promotions, offers, and discounts.

• Rotating Schedules: Full Time – Monday to Sunday (Rotating Day Off) 10:30 am to 7:30 pm, 11:00 am to 8:00 pm.

• Part Time - Monday to Sunday (Rotating Day Off) 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm, 6:30 pm to 10:30 pm, 7:00 pm to 11:00 pm.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 months experience in Sales, Customer Service, or Retention.

• Windows 11 Home or Windows 11 Pro.

• Intel i3 processor of 10th generation or higher / Ryzen 3 of 3rd generation or higher.

• Wired internet with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.

• USB-connected headset.

• Available camera.

• Installed antivirus software.

• Full-time salary: S/ 1,200 - Part-time: S/ 600.
